Great customer service. They sat down , took time and answered all my questions , no rushing. Michael was very professional and most helpful. At the end, I got a great deal on a car that the other dealers were charging thousands more. Would highly recommend for anyone interest in buying a great quality, reasonable priced car or truck.

Michael knowingly sold me a defective 4 Wheel Drive vehicle even after I talked to him over the phone when I clearly stated the reason I was buying this SUV was to have a backup 4 Wheel Drive since I live in a region that gets a lot of snow in the winter. The day the transporter delivered it I immediately discovered it would not go into 4 Wheel Drive. I took delivery at a rust proofing business that had a full service garage up front, so I asked them to look into why the 4-wheel drive was not operational. They said someone tried to unsuccessfully repair it, which further confirmed he knew it was not working but did not want to put any money into it. I was able to get the 4-wheel drive working after spending nearly $500. I had to purchase and provide the 4-Wheel drive module myself since only reconditioned parts are available but I have attached the invoice showing what I paid the garage to make the repairs. I kept Michael informed the entire time and he indicated he would make good on the repairs but as time went on he wouldn't answer any emails or phone calls other than to claim to be shut down due to covid. In addition to this problem, the CV boot is completely torn and all the grease is gone on the right left and the battery is more suitable for lawn mower vs a SUV. I know this is an older vehicle but when you talk to the dealer stating the reason for purchasing the vehicle is due to it being a 4-wheel drive. Michael is exactly the reason for all the used car salesman jokes out there. He is deceptive and knowingly sold me a vehicle that would not suit my needs and refuses to do the right thing and keep his word. I have purchased many used vehicles over the years and none of the transactions have been like this. I would avoid dealing with this unethical person at all cost. You are likely to regret it like I do should you decide to purchase a vehicle from him.

Great experience! Went in looking for one truck and stumbled across another. The staff was friendly with a warm welcome to they're establishment. Mike and his crew did a great job giving me every bit of information I needed with a positive attitude to keep me interested in my purchase. All my questions were answered in a professional time and manner and allowed me to be more and more comfortable with my purchase. Highly recommend these guys!
