Crossfit Dark Athletics

I’ve been a member at CFDA for about 5 years. Before joining, I tried all different types of gyms; boxing, kickboxing, traditional and I would get bored after a period of time and find something new. This is definitely not the case with CFDA. This is the longest I have been a member at the gym and I plan on being there for many more years to come. Joe is an excellent coach. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to crossfit as well as weight lifting. He makes it a great and fun environment to be a part of. The work outs are challenging and designed to push yourself. Each day and week is different which is why you can’t get bored. Over the past 5 years, my body has transformed and I never saw results like this with other gyms and I attribute a lot of that to Joe. If you’re looking for a great gym that pushes and challenges you but also an extremely friendly and inviting environment, then you need to check out CFDA!

Great workouts in these times of the pandemic! I am following the MarbleFit workouts offered by coach Joe in the TrainHeroic app and they are a great, complete set including warm-up, stretching, WOD and even post-WOD yoga!! Not a surprise, since while in town I used to drop-in the gym and was always a great experience
