My boyfriend and I had a tent site here last weekend. It was so quiet. Very nice people there. Nobvb garbage anywhere, very clean. The bathroom was spotless. The shower was nice. Everything was great, I would recommend this place to my friends. I'll definitely be coming back next year. Only 20 minutes from belmar beach.

We arrived at the camp ground on a fri for 3 nights, camp store was closed w a map w our name on it to just go to our site and check in at 12 the next day. No big deal. We found our site easy and set up. Went to store the next day to check in owner was there found out we could not have visitors which my parents usually come visit we were told only 4 to a site and we would have to leave if we had anyone come, pool was closed, we were never told any of this when I booked it. Store was only open a few hours a day around 12 to whenever she decided to leave. She seemed very uninformed about what was opening during Covid. Went to play horse shoes , we found a pipe sticking out of the ground which looked like it might have been horse shoe pits at one time but there was only one. So we played on the volley ball field. It is a nice camp ground but run very bad. When we went to leave the dump station was locked and a note on the store door said only open on weds by appointment. We were only there fri to mom and couldn’t use it as store was closed no one there. We won’t be returning.

We stay 2xs a year and have always been well accommodated.nThe setting is rustic and natural and the people very nice.

The place itself is nice, but the woman that runs is not so much. She is very nasty and not willing to work with you. Good luck if you go there.
