Buenos Tacos

Where do I start... well the two workers were insanely rude to me during my stop there. They basically told me I could not be in my car listening to music while waiting for my food in a parking spot at the restaurant. They said I was making too much noise?... so I left my vehicle to walk over to a group of people who also were waiting on their food as well. I asked them if me or my music was bothering them. They all said no and proceeded to say, it’s a nice day enjoy yourself. So I said thank you and went back to my vehicle to continue waiting on my food. But before my food was done I decided I didn’t want it anymore. I walked to the window to let the guys inside know that I didn’t want the food. One looked at me, pointed and said something to the other guy in there and they both walked off and ignored me. So I go back to my car and I pull up to the window to let the guy know I wanted a refund. He said to me, there are no refunds here at all. Either you take the food and leave, or you can just leave without the food. So now I’m like wow, rather shocked. There was no sign posted saying all sales are final and no refunds will be handed out. So I just shook my head, took the food and left. Not only will I never come back here, but there are a whole host of people who feel concerned about the situation and they expressed that they will no longer buy food from there or any establishment connected to Buenos Tacos. I hope this review is read and taken seriously, I would hate for this to happen to anyone else....

This is an AMAZING place... The Owner, who happens to be a military Vet, is a genuinely great person. The food is just really good. Fresh and full of flavor and generous portions. Anytime I'm in the area I make sure to stop by and support a really good local business... Highly Recommend!!!

We ordered food it was very expensive and our order was not correct, items were missing and one of the items was not what we ordered. When we tried to call the restaurant to rectify it they did not answer and had a machine direct you to their website to place orders. Left a message and no call back. I would not recommend price not worth the value and horrible service.

The bowl was super super bland. I don’t even think there was salt? They advertise cilantro lime rice. I received plain , unseasoned, white rice. The guacamole also had no flavor. I ended up just throwing out the food. :(

BIG DISAPPOINTMENT :( I saw their restaurant/drive through from the freeway and the sign looked like something you’d see at a traditional fast food Mexican restaurant in Arizona or California so I thought it would be good. I was mistaken, BIG TIME. The food was no good and the portions were terrible! Have you ever gone to Taco Bell and ordered a side of nacho cheese sauce? That is the size cup that Buenos Tacos puts your sides of rice and beans in. I was shocked. I ordered the Dos Tacos with rice and beans from their menu. It cost me a little over $11 and when she told me it would be a 15-30 minute wait, I said okay, no problem. I waited 15 minutes then went through the drive through again to get my food. The bag was so tiny and it was stapled shut. I opened it in front of her and I was so disappointed. She closed the window immediately. I drove away knowing that I would never go there again. DON’T WASTE YOUR TIME.
