We tried canceling our membership and it never went through , and they kept charging us monthly fees . We called a few months later after we saw that they were taking away money from us and the lady on the phone was the rudest person ever . Did not let us speak at all. When we asked for our money back , they told us no and charged us even more money . They charged $40 instead of $10 For some reason. We never went to the gym because we moved and we bought the membership like a week before quarantine started and they never even reminded us when they opened it back up . We never went once and it was a big waste of money . Never again going to a Planet Fitness.

Tonight it smelled like everyone was a winner and brought home the prom queen or king.

I had cancelled my daughters membership last Dec due to being away in college. For some reason it never went through and I was being charged the monthly fee and the one time re newly fee. The manager at the time was helping me trying to figure out what was going on. Then we were hit with Covid. so I went back once they reopened to try again. The so called unprofessional manger B ( he said he was I hope for the store he isn't). Pretty much said to bad and you owe us a early cancellation fee. WHAT ??? And I am in collections on a different account again WHAT ?? I couldn't even stand to be there for another minute. About an hr later I get a call from a company saying I am in collections. What the hell is going on.nSince then I have emailed Planet Fitness directly because I am not going to go in there and argue with a punk so called manager. Heard nothingnfrom them. I have 2 other memberships at this locationnI WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM THE OWNER OF THIS STORE OR SOMEONE THAT WILL HELP ME.

I use to come to this gym very often before covid and have to say the old manager Paul was great and so was the staff. I came in earlier this week and the new manager is awful. So is the district manager. I get no help from this place or staff. They wont even enforce the mask policy when brought to their attention. Thinking of canceling my membership soon. Wish the old staff was back because everything was running smooth before covid-19.

The gym isn't clean anymore. The floor is filthy. The machines are dusty on the bottom and tops. There is a wad of gum on the window sill that has been there for 3 weeks.
