Just bought our second car from Torch Light Motors, they were nice and professional both times. They are very accommodating and you can find really good deals on all their cars. Researched what car I wantednLooked into potential problems listed as common for my modelnDrove car for 30 min, no leaks, noises or smells.nUpon buying the car I changed motor oil and filter, flushed transmission fluid, flushed angle gear fluid ( transfer case)nI feel like I have a car that is in perfect shape at this point.nBefore buying I always plan on those services to be done so that I get a fresh start. What mattered to me was that the car was in good condition and the price was good. I did not strive to find the cheapest car but the best I could get within my budget.nMy experience is that Jeff sells good cars for good prices and to me that’s all that matters.nI took an Uber for 90min to go there , in the event I bought a car we would split that cost and he honored that.nI read pretty much every review about torchlight before going there. Some bad reviews to me seemed like they were because buyer did not do their research first and another one who did not get financing blamed the dealership instead of their own financial status.nThese are used cars, nothing is perfect but this place in my experience does not deal with vehicles without good service records etc.nnI will be buying from Jeff again and I would recommend Torchlight Motors to anybody looking for a good car without a bunch of hidden tricks and agendas.nThe title arrived after 2 weeks just like they said it would..

I must say my experience with Torch Light Motors was a pleasant one. Jeff was very helpful from the beginning to the very end. His customer service skills are amazing, he was very friendly and gave me such a good deal. I bonded with him so well and I am glad to have had such a positive experience with him. I have been here over 15 times to test drive cars for family and friends in the last 5 years. Jeff has always been polite, honest and upfront about his cars. I always end up coming to Torch light when in search of Volvos because I know he does the timing belts before sale. Super important!! We just bought our second car last week. Torch light cars go quick and are reasonably priced so don’t think too much. Just go for a test drive as soon as you see a good deal and put a down payment if you like it but call ahead to see if the car is still available. I literally missed out on a $6000 Volvo S80 with only 61k miles because my family member whom the car was for took too long to consider the deal. The car was sold when we go there because we didn’t call ahead. Everyone working at Torch Light has always been polite despite me not buying a lot of car in proportion to the number of cars I have test driven. Hehe. My rule of thumb is always get an inspection from and independent mechanic if spending anything over $10k on a car, be comfortable with some cosmetic compromises to be made within your price point, take your time and test drive every car you are interested in. If you decide to leave a bad review be honest and reply to the owners responses. Dishonest people will never respond back when called out in public. I read reviews of every car place before spending my hard earned money as a way to see how committed the owners are towards good customer service. Remember to bring up mechanical or cosmetic issues before your free warranty period expires.
