Very fast delivery, despite the distance, cheaper than the competition, and great food. I think the reason why they have this low rating is because people don't notice the request to make a phone call after making the first order, to verify their phone number (it's easy to miss it, since the competition usually doesn't require this step).
We ordered food at 6pm...it is now 8:15pm and we still have no food...called the restaurant and it has been ready for pick up...so whenever we do get food, I assume it will be soggy and gross...last time using delivery express...ud83dude21
Have ordered from them many times when I lived in Amherst and now in Northampton. Understand delivery will take some time if you order from a trendy bar during the height of business hours like a Friday night. Please be realistic with your expectations, it will take some time. Good service that has always worked as expected for me and the drivers and staff are polite.
Not sure what all these people are complaining about. I use this service all the time. Very professional, if there is a problem they take care of it. The service has always been good to me.
I don't know why the average rating is so low. I've never had a problem with these folks. And if I am not mistaken, they are locally owned, which is another reason to support them.
