Giovanni's Pizza and Pasta

We love their pizza and drive 30 minutes to order from Gio's! The staff is very kind and friendly and their pizza is great. We ordered garlic bread pizza and a plain pie and as always, satisfying. They are currently doing indoor dining, delivery, take out, and curbside pickup.

Stopped here on our way back to Atlanta. I have to say this was the best customer service I’ve had in a very long time. My husband is from the south and loved the calzone. The cheese pizza was also amazing. The gentleman that helped us gets 5 stars for his service. We will definitely stop here again next time we go to Connecticut. I also have to say all the workers were wearing a mask the correct way and the tables were spaced out for social distancing. We felt comfortable eating here.

I tried this pizza place for the first time yesterday and the food was fantastic and everyone seemed nice. So I ordered 2 days later for delivery. I ordered 1 slice, 1 fountain soda and a spinach roll. My surprise when I get my credit slip for almost $17. When I call, I get someone different who has the nerve to tell me it should have been $2 more. And I was undercharged!!! When I asked forbthe breakdown, he wasn't nice and claimed a fountain soda was $3.75, slice $3.50 and spinach roll $6.25, but since I used a card there was tax and a $4 delivery charge. They are a mile down the road. And if they had told me that, I would have picked it up. They are a total rip off when it comes to prices and when i stated how upset I was he didn't care. As good as the food is I will NEVER eat there again. I get during this time businesses are struggling but to rip customers off is unacceptable.

Consistently good pizza (especially the San Giovanni) and excellent service. The people here are very prompt and punctual and are always friendly. Also, they've all been wearing masks at all times since the lockdown began. We really respect that and it's a big reason why we keep coming back. Keep up the good work!
