I don't know why nobody is rating this nice profession lawyer- Bradley Carr. This is first time for me to write a review. Yesterday My friend referred me to another lawyer and I was waiting for one day and didn't get any return call. So I just found Bradley Carr in the internet and got to talk to him immediately. He was so patient to listen to my case even with my poor English. He gave me the advice free and I got the thing throughout smoothly. Thank you Bradley. Currently I had 7 properties for rents. Brad and Cindy were great. I am still amazed at how reachable they are and how willing they are to answer questions and work the process to get a speedy result. I called Brad on a Monday morning, he was extremely knowledgeable and explained the process, and approximately 4 hours later I had copies of all the documents I needed to get my tenant served. The property is now back in my possession and I am extremely happy I called Brad. Thank you Brad!

We were previously working with another law firm in Ogden, trying to get a tenant evicted. We turned in all the necessary paperwork to start the eviction, and after 3 weeks nothing had been done. We got a flyer in the mail from UEAS promising fast and cheaper than normal rate evictions, and we thought it was too good to be true. There had to be a catch. We desperately needed this tenant out and get the unit re-rented, so we gave them a try. After speaking with Brad Carr at UEAS, we found there was NO CATCH. All prices were simple, straight forward, and definitely cheaper than what we paid before. We emailed all of the paperwork to Brad on a Tuesday, the tenant was served papers the next day, and the default documents were filed the following Wednesday. As promised, the invoice shows the same straight forward rates. No gimmicks, no catch. Just fast, honest, legal evictions. They have our business as long as we're in business!
