DiBenedetto has installed outlets in my home, including one for my electric car charger. They've rewired switches and installed a whole house surge protector on the panel. I'm very satisfied with their quality of work, timeliness and communication. I've used them three times. No complaints, I'm a happy customer.
I had him come out to do a diagnostic and he never got back to me. I've called him over 20 times over the past week and a half and haven't heard from him since. I've read similar reviews. Can't have him do the job if there's no communication. Good luck trying to reach him.
Slow to respond if he does. Got the work done but broke a garage door in the process.
