I love the classes, the instructors, and the teamwork. I am little more than half way through my 10 week challenge and down nearly 20 pounds. The nutrition help and great workouts contribute to a healthier style of life. I look forward to finishing my 1st 10 week challenge and plan on bringing my friends in to enjoy the experience with me.

I was very apprehensive and nervous to try a work out class, especially in my town with other people I might know. After the first class i was hooked, I couldn't wait until the next class. Karen, the instructor, was meant to do this. Her calling mustve been to be an instructor because she’s ALWAYS full of energy and smiles, kindness and always willing to help and show you the correct way to do something. She’s always boosting everyones esteem. Gretchen works there too and with her I wouldn’t have come back, I piggy backed her my first day and she was so patient with me. If you haven’t tried it, try a class. They have about 8 classes a day i think and each one is different!! I’m so glad I signed up. OH there’s a whole nutrition program to follow too that they provide. Try it! You can thank me later! Ps the class has become like another family to me. Another bonus!

I have been exercising my entire adolescent and adult life. I was a varsity high school athlete and a runner all of my adult life. I have worked with a personal trainer multiple times over the years and also subscribed to and extensively used Beachbody On Demand. Max Challenge is by far the most motivating and effective program I have experienced. I have seen more physical results in 6 weeks than I did in months working out with a trainer or through the Beachbody programs. The nutrition guidelines are easy to follow, the instructors are motivating and fun, the workouts are tough but fly by, and the community is welcoming and inclusive. I have so much energy despite taking the 5am class almost daily. I am so happy I joined the Max!
