I really wanted this company to be great. Was looking forward to supporting a local business. They shipped very quickly, that's the 1 star. Once I received my towels I realized the poor quality was not consistent with our brand. But the price was good so I attempted 3 times to reach out via the contact us page on the website, however I received no reply from them. I wasn't even given any sort of confirmation that the email was sent. Finally I called and got a person on the other end. I explained exactly what I said above and the gentleman said he would send me a sample of there best towel. It's been two weeks since my I request and I've received nothing. I the mean time I'm having to wash towels every day because my inventory is so low and I am waiting on Northeast hotel supply to provide some customer service.nnI'm ready to return my $400 order and buy from someone else.
