I went here today and was only 1 of 2 people waiting for their order inside.I waited almost 20 minutes before they even started to make my drink. Although, yes, they were busy with with drive through orders, it should not have taken that long for them to start my order.I will never come here again, if this is how long I am going to have to wait.

We waited in the drive through for over an hour for 6 cars to be processed before getting to the order screen, where we placed our order and we're told they didn't have any cold brew. We got iced coffee instead, and proceeded to wait another 30 minutes for a few more cars to receive their order. After waiting for over an hour and a half, we finally got to the window, where the baristas were all moving at slow pace, re-stocking cups and general arrangement duties. After 5 minutes they picked up our coffees that were already made and gave them to us, no apology, they just stated the total and said good day. The coffee was not up to par with usual standards. We will not be going here again.

This location is like a playing a game of chance. Sometimes you’ll get a hard-working staff with kind mannerism and get your drink on time. Other times your morals are tested and get a staff that treat you like an inconvenience and don’t care what mobile orders with time stamps are.

Long drive in service line. Went inside, masked, waited on immediately and was out in about 5 minutes. Very busy place, inside is the quickest.nud83dude0eud83dude0eud83dude0e

Definitely head here if you want to get your mind off the pandemic. No, I'm serious. By the time you get through the drive through line, this pandemic will be LONG behind us.
