We needed a place to store all the stuff from our 2 bedroom apartment after a crosscountry move. We looked at a number of storage locations, but landed on Prime Storage because it was super clean, has great security, and had huge elevators for moving in our stuff. Eric was super helpful and took the time to make sure we felt comfortable and answered our questions.nnThe rates were very reasonable, and cancellation was easy when we found a new place to live in.nnThere's a lot of options in the area, but Prime Storage was really great and would recommend.
I recently secured a unit at Prime Storage in North Hampton. From the initial online inquiry all the way through signing the lease, I have had excellent service and response times. The manager, Eric, has been super helpful in finding me the best unit and rate, being flexible with my move-in schedule and returning calls and emails in a timely manner. The process has been quick and easy overall. The facility itself is in great shape and I feel confident that my belongings will be well protected there. Highly recommend!

We had the best customer service experience. Eric helped us find the best unit to meet our needs. He answered all our questions, was patient with us as we were deciding, and didn’t rush us along at all. Eric made us feel very comfortable. The management team should buy Eric lunch or a gift card for a job well done. Prime storage itself is clean and seems to be well secured. We looked at their competitor Bluebird first but decided to go with Prime because they provided better customer service overall and offered a better rate for a very comparable product.
Eric at prime storage is the most polite employee of prime storage and I would recommend anyone to pick prime storage to anyone for there storage needs
