We had 2 5x10s for about six months. We discovered water on the floor,and the pot holes in the driveway are huge. There is no real security, except for cameras. We paid for April and moved out 10 days later. The lady said she has better things to do then sit at a desk. This place is in need of of a major overhaul. I only gave it a one star,but that's pushing it.
too bad you cant give a negative rating. The woman in the office Ann Marie is the worst kind of human. Save yourself the trouble
Do not expect fair treatment, ... Broken into first week, lost $50 lock when hinge was taken off, no compensation, gave two week notice of vacating and to hold advance payment check for following month, but instead cashed it and withheld security deposit. No problems 10 years with Franklin storage, however they were filled. I hope you read this before you rent .
Horrible self storage unit they steal your money by not mailing you bill out to you. Then after you bill is late they send you a new bill and charge you late fee. After calling in and telling them what happened they say there's nothing they can do and the original bill was sent out and returned to them but the late bill mails just fine. Horrid customer service.
No prices. When you click on the site it takes you to Manchester, NH site. I would never use a business that doesn't have a web site in this day and age.
