Went in shortly after they opened and while looking for slip resistant sneakers for work I spotted them in the back where someone asked if I needed anything and moved a ladder that was blocking the area I was looking. Another last noticed me looking up high for a size which she went and got them down for me then went and checked out back for me..... so needless to say anymore they were very helpful and let me do my thing without hovering!! Great ud83dudc4d experience
The quality of the shoes is good no question on that end. I went in and the sales lady had poor customer service skills. She didnt ask if I needed help or guided me with where I could try my shoes on. She seemed to be bothered by me being there.
we went in yesterday, i am in a wheel chair my husband was pushing my chair. There were 4 ladders all in the outside of the store so i could not go down the proper aisles. Then we finally got to the back of the store where we were looking to purchase 2 pairs of shoes work boots for my husband and sneakers for my husband.the 3 people were standing around...even walked by us twice to the back room and NOONE offered any help.nnWe will not be returning and went to another store in the mall and purchased his shoes.
Always a good experience shopping at sketchers. Outlet is even better everything is marked down. Today but 1 get 1 half off.
Best comfortable shoes.
