This place has forgotten things multiple times that I've gone there so be sure to check your bag of food before you pull away. I am a carpenter and do not have the time to go inside after going though the drive though and ask them to make it right I squeeze lunch in as is a 2 dollar medium fry isn't worth 20 30 dollars in lost wages to me
Incredibly slow service. Rude staff. Cold food. Too expensive. Not worth the time and if there were closer alternatives, they probably wouldn't get the business they do.
Went inside to order and carryout. Wasn't impressed with the way the shift leader and employees were talking about customers that were waiting in the drive thru. I understand the need to vent but it definitely shouldn't be done in front of other customers
Always hot fries on top cold fries on the bottom. I eat my fries first and fast. No way the bottom of the container is refrigerator cold. Always told to drive up everytime for simple orders.
Good customer service and great prices. Only complaint is fries are always cold and mushy and the last 3 time I went here they forgot my straw for my drink.
