Lakes Region Airport Shuttle Service

my children get shuttled to school the driver is new old guy he is rude he swears he is constantly changing the times one day he shows up at 8:30 am which is fine but the next he will be super late he has swore at my kids at me i made a complaint and now he yells quiet ride and kids aren't allowed to speak this is hard for children especially one with adhd this am he decided to leave no honk no nothing yet we never know when he is here and most days ever sense he took over they miss breakfast at school im a single mother of 3 that couple meals at school a day helps im sick of him being rude to my kids one is special needs and he told him to shut the f up one day, I dont know what else to do so maybe this will get attention sense i already made a complaint.nnthanks angry mom
