Kim and her team were incredibly understanding, supportive, and patient. Dealing with tax season is so stressful and we had been burned by prior accountants not taking the time to support us as best as possible. Highly recommended!! This is my first year as an adult doing my own taxes and I was so anxious about the process. Within the first few words of my conversation I felt at ease! She explained the process in such simple terms and let me know exactly what she needed from me, then what to expect through the rest of the process.
