We ordered on the app for delivery. 2 sandwiches, one was on wheat and the other an unwich. SUPER fast as always, but the sandwich that was suppose to be an unwich was on wheat. So I called the store and spoke to a manager who quickly said she would make the sandwich and send it out to us. SUPER fast, and even got a cookie! Exceptional service and of course delicious!

I don't know what it is with sandwich shops and then forgetting to check the order before handing to the customer at the drive thru or before delivering. Twice now I've had chips missing from my order. I would think it was customary to double check an order before giving it to a customer but not anymore. And all they can do to fix it is write your name down and it falls on you the customer to mention it 'in person' when you order again, or they could come back with missing item....but they make you feel stupid when you opt for that.

Went in with my team of 10 and hoped to get out in about 10-15 minutes. To order it only took about 5 minutes for all of us, but when it came to getting our food they took 30 minutes. About 8 of us ordered the little John hoping to get out quickly. Each order took close to five minutes to get, and when it came to mine they completely forgot about it. We asked multiple times if they had my sandwich ready, and they claimed to be working on it. After 10 minutes of deprive-filled waiting and constant asking, my sandwich finally came through. Highly do not recommend if you’re looking for speedy, and good tasting fast food. I would give 0 stars, but the minimum for this review is a 1 star; definitely not the worst thing that happened to me to day. *cough cough* Jimmy Johns

I ordered the Spicy East Coast Italian #7 and ask for extra peppers. The cashier raises her painted on eyebrows and says "Wow, that's going to be really spicy." Uhhh, no. You can't use enough of those peppers to make anything really spicy. I like spiciness, but I want lots of peppers to add vinegar flavor. As usual and like every Jimmy John's I've been to, asking for extra hot peppers means there's the same 5 pieces of hot pepper I would have gotten if I hadn't asked for extra.

Freaky, but definitely not fast. Nobody in line ahead of us, 8 employees in store (4 of them just loitering and being loud) and it still took forever for two sandwiches. Won't be back to this location. Giving two stars instead of one because sandwiches weren't terrible.
