Paid $20 for a medium pizza that I asked for well done. It came undercooked, definitely didn’t look as advertised and I’ve had good pizza from them before but not this location. I also didn’t get the sauces I ordered and PAID for. When I called the manager and asked for the store manager, he seemed literally annoyed that I was even bringing it up. Then he told me “there isn’t much I can do cause we’re closing” and I understand that but when you pay for something, you expect better quality than this. Disappointed in the food but even more with the manager and how he handled it. When your store has more one star reviews than 5 stars, take that as a warning and don’t eat it.
Absolutely the hardest place to place an order. Twice this had happened. Called in my order. Asked for medium meat lover pizza for in store pickup at 12:00 the man taking my order had a none stop amount of upgrade question I was forced to answer for 15 minutes just to get my medium pizza, went in at 12 to pickup my pizza. It was cold and tasted like it was kept in the fridge. My next order a week later. Was forced to answer 15 minutes of questions before I was allowed to place an order, again for 12 O'clock pickup, again I received a cold pizza. Week 3 I called in went through my 15 minutes of questions, I told the man my lunch break is at 12 o'clock and please do not make my pizza until 11:45 so I can have a hot lunch. He replied with no sir we don't do that your pizza will be made now and you can pickup another cold pizza at 12. I called Tennys pizza across the street. They made my pizza for me and it was hot and ready at 12 and they're cheaper. I recommend Tenny pizza across the street.
We get papa johns all the time and usually love it but last night was the worst experience! Makes us never even want to eat papa johns again! Our pizzas both were made horribly with hardly any pizza sauce or toppings on them and undercooked then to top it all off first my brother found a HUMAN HAIR in his pizza then my little girl found ANOTHER HAIR in HER cheese bread! so disappointing especially when the pizza costs what it does!
NEVER SHOWED UP with my order. They dumped my order after 2 1/2 hours of waiting. I called back to see why I had not received my food and they told me my call was just thrown away because they felt it was a scam. I asked him why somebody did not call me back to confirm or be ready to take credit card information if they felt if that was the case. Everything is apparently routed through some call-center but I was hung up on 3 times at their actual location when I did call.
Rude rude rude!!! The lady that was working the evening of Nov 18th was very unprofessional and rude! And we asked for the pizza to be well done, it definitely wasn’t. I love papa johns but this location is bad!!
