These guys have no idea on how to manage a restaurant! I use the app to place my orders but this location doesn't seem to know how to get these orders and then make the pizza. Waited 30 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready and asked them the status. They said they "passed up the order" but would start making it then. No apologies. No free crazy bread for the wait. Nothing! I will drive a little further away now to get my pizza. Too bad management doesn't care to make changes.
I came and got a cheese pizza tonight, the manager showed it to me and I was like no that doesn't look good.He asked me if I would like to wait for a fresh one, and I did, a perfect delious pizza came out 7 min. later. I have been given terrible pizzas from other locations before and they likely like this manager knew the one they had made was bad, but was never given the option like that.
Pizza is usually good; not so much today. Seems like it had been sitting awhile. Dry, and not much cheese

Why would I keep coming back? Well, I'm really into the pizza.
Today's 5 star review is mostly a review of a hard working young adult clearly showcasing skills that would make me want to hire him at my work! Nathan is a leader! He's clearly communicating. He's multi tasking. And when at this same location I've seen his co-workers wearing airpods while manning the registers, he's finding ways to be useful. Jumping in everywhere! Nathan is a hard worker and I didn't have to say one word to this person to know it. So thank you, Nathan. You've restored my faith in this location.
