Rented month by month, never needed so cancelled first month. I did not expect rent back but I did expect deposit back. My requests were ignored, after 1 year never rcvd and chalking it up to lesson learned.
Ok units. Over priced and the communication sucks.
Good storage place. Not the cheapest but I have had stuff in store there for 3 yrs. and no issues. Owner and Staff are nice people to work with.
I am a mother of 2 and just graduated from college. Although I did not have a lot of money or many valuable things while going to school I kept a storage unit so that my son could have some of his childhood memories and things from the divorce he went through at such a young age. I had my payments on auto-pay for years. Recently my wallet got stolen out of my van as well as a few other things. I shut off all my cards immediately. I forgot about storage. When I remembered I could not log into my account. I called they said it had been shut down but, there was a lock on it and would get back to me about setting it back up in my name. No return calls. I am in Cheyenne now so I can't just run over there. This is not my first issue with them. Another time I was switching units and they had someone clean what was left in my unit out although I still had a few days left. Another time someone cut my lock and stole a bunch of things. Their cameras suck and they could not help police out.
Crooks. They don't mail out bills and if you are one day late, they will cut your lock and take our whatever they want. Very illegal practices.
