I spent a weekend here and it was my first tent camping experience. It was even more fun than I expected it to be! Not being the most outdoorsy person, I was happy to see that the bathrooms and showers were pretty clean and kept up with. The standard sites were adorable and spacious, but also provided some privacy from other campers. I would absolutely recommend this place and plan to visit again!

First visit was great, booked for next season before we left, can’t say enough. Staff is friendly and extremely helpful. Clean bathrooms, good WiFi, store has a little bit of everything. Very nice, next season can’t come quick enough.

We have traveled to a few campgrounds during the Covid pandemic. I have found Danforth Bay's accommodations to their campground procedures to be one of the best we have experienced. Activities continue, but are done so in a way to allow folks to take precautions (ex- candy bar bingo is outside with the candy provided by the campground). They also strictly enforce mask wearing in their store. I have been here four times and our stay was excellent once again. Most sites are spacious and spread out. Golf carts are a little excessive but if you stay off the beaten path a little, there is much less traffic. I wish they would enforce their speed limit a bit more, but that is my only negative comment.

Nice spacious sites separated by trees, so it offers a bit of privacy. The pull thru sites are parking lot style. Lots of seasonal sites and cabins. Definitely in the top 5 of RV resorts, worth the visit. Lots to do within 30 min drive. We came at a time when there was alot of road construction, so we got very lengthy detours both arriving and leaving. Will definitely be back when the weather is warmer and construction is over.

We just stayed for five nights. The people during the day were great. The sites are big. But they closed the pool at 5 pm. Give me a break. The security at night, the 2 ladies are rude, they called us names, they parked there golf carts right next to use targeting our family. This was a Saturday night with lots of load sites around us. Very unprofessional. At 11:30 the security came up told us we had to go to bed. Unbelievable. Love the campground its self but Never going back to a campground that targets it's campers. Watch out
