Food is good, IF you can get it. Here's the story: I mobile ordered a stuffed crust pepperoni. Pickup was scheduled for 50 minutes out. Long but fine, it was dinner time. Scheduled pickup time came and went and no pizza portal notice came. I walked into the store 10 minutes later and the portal was completely empty. Asked the cashier about my order and after digging around for a minute handed me a box with butter smeared on it. Time to get a pizza: 70 minutes from original order placement. The pizza ready notice came 20 minutes later. 90 minutes for a pizza? That's hard to justify. Over the last year or so this type of experience has become the rule rather than the exception. This long time Caesars fan is headed to Papa Johns and *gasp*.. Dominos more and more these days. It breaks my heart. Little Caesars used to be pizza I could count on. They've lost their way.
Generally pretty good for $5 but we decided to order breadsticks today and this is what we got...
Just wow. The South Jordan location was staffed entirely by teens when I came in. They were inattentive and unprofessional, which isn't super surprising given the type of job.
They forgot half my order and made no attempt to apologize while I stood there waiting.
I was also extremely upset to see that all but one of the employees was wearing masks slung under their chin not actually covering anything.
The young lady staffing the drive thru was much more professional and had her safety gear on correctly, but everyone else seemed to have no regard for their work or other people's safety.
Extremely alarmed and very disappointed...
This place has been horrible every time I come. Last week I came through the drive through ON A SUNDAY so I know they were not busy. And they had not one pizza ready. I said can I have a pepperoni pizza and she goes we are out I’m sorry and I go okay can I have a cheese and she goes we actually are out of all pizzas besides bread because we close soon, I asked when they closed and she goes 10 pm , it was 8:50 at the moment. So a place that is suppose to have hot and ready pizza doesn’t have one pizza ready? Then I come through the drive through today and of course no wings available. This place is horrible.
Usually have good luck but this time our pizza was cold and not great and the breadsticks way over cooked. Super super disappointed. Felt like a total waste of money.
