I bought a car here in October of 2019, a 2011 Chevy Cruze. It was a fair price and it looked like it was in good condition and I was extremely happy for coming to brills. But then the check engine light came on before I could even get the car inspected. I took it back to brills where they said it was not a big deal, and changed the gas cap. About a week later, another check engine light came on and the car smelled like gasoline. The code said it was related to the turbo. After taking it back to brills they changed a sensor and sent it back. Before I parked the car in my driveway the light was back on. I took the car back to brills for the 3rd time in 2 months and they FINALLY replaced the turbo which they knew was the problem all along, they simply hoped to get out of the 90 day warranty. During those 90 days my car spent about 3 weeks at brills leaving me unable to get to work, or school without trying to find someone else’s car to borrow. Over the next 6 months the car has been nothing but problems. I’ve had to replace the master cylinder, I haven’t had breaks for months, the turbo is having problems yet again. Do not buy a car from brills unless you want to spend your entire life fixing it.
