We placed an order yesterday and usually don’t have any issues since we order from this location often. Yesterday our order was sent with the wrong crust. We ordered deep dish which is what we order for every order and they sent a very thin crust. It was for a party and we were very disappointed. Everyone was hungry so we ate it anyways. We were not happy with the crust at all. We called Pizza Hut to let them know of our complaint of the wrong order and we were only offered $5 for our order next time. They didn’t even offer to send us out the correct order to fix it. I don’t think $5 off fixed the problem for the current order. Very disappointed with this horrible customer service.
Order was wrong they deserve 5 stars because all though it was wrong it was fresh and it was delivered in a timely manner then after we call the manager whom was beyond professional mitigated the situation in the highest and utmost professional manner she deserves a raise we will absolutely order from this location again people make mistakes and how they handled it was by simply fixing it apologizing and making it right other managers could learn a thing or too from the manager at this location about how to speak with customers in a honest friendly and professional manner!!!!!!
The taste. The deep dish was not doughy or soggy. Sauce was wonderful.
If I could give no stars I would! I placed an order almost two hours ago and still have not received it. When I called the store to get an update because the delivery tracker is still saying 35 min the employee was rude and didn't even ask my name and number she just stated it is on the way. That was 40 min ago. Horrible customer service.
Pizza was delivered faster than expected and was hot and fresh- definitely a good experience
