I went in to cancel a membership at the end of December and was told that my last payment would come out 1/4. Well it is 2/5 and I had a payment come out again. I called and they show cancel on their system but can’t tell me why a payment came out. Spoke twice to an employee who said that their manager would call back and nothing. The account this used to come out of literally doesn’t have any money in as it was only used for this account and I keep open due to my mortgage so now this account is negative for an amount that should’ve never come out. I refuse to make it positive as it should’ve never gone negative in the place since this membership was canceled.
Group fitness and HiitZone classes are the best!! Multiple coaches! Different styles! Keeps you on your toes!
Great gym. DJ runs a tight ship everything is super clean and staff is constantly cleaning and making sure every precaution has been taken. Highly highly recommend this gym if you wanna buff up!
I like this gym! It's always clean, the machines are many and usually working. I go at odd times, so it's never crowded. Good price for membership....and that massage chair is divine!
The employees are so friendly at this gym.They are joy and light and know their stuff!
