I love how clean this facility is!! The staff is very friendly. All my expectations have been exceeded in all areas!! I made the best decision choosing Planet Fitness. Can't beat the price either!! I would recommend it to anyone looking for a gym!

I really love this gym but am teetering on going to another gym that is open later or 24/7. I understand the cleaning protocols etc but so many of us joined this gym in the first place for the hours and many people don’t work an 8-5 and need some place open later, I also just saw they are now opening earlier in the AM but yet refuse to stay open any later than 9pm? We’re a year into this and many places have reverted back to their old hours, it’s time for this location to do the same.

Still not open 24/7. No idea why. They keep saying its state rules but there are other locations 24/7 around the country. They prefer to cram people in at set hours instead of staying open later meaning less people will come in at once and they can keep it clean overnight easier.

Still not open 24/7. Yet the prefer to cram a ton of people in the Gym at once before they close at 9pm. This is backwards to being safe. I've been in there at night and its packed in the weight area and people are all over each other pretty much. Many say the same thing that they are forced to go in early because the gym is no longer open 24/7. Gym management keeps saying the same excuse they have no idea its the Executives decisions at the top. However there are already PF gyms in Ohio that have gone back to 24/7 (Just google news it). So why is this area not back to 24/7 yet its been almost a year now. Having the gym open all night will allow many of us who prefer less crowds to go in and work out and having staff there overnight will allow them time to keep the place clean as well. All we get are the same generic responses from PF Omaha on this issue.

They aren't open 24/7 anymore. This puts strain on a lot of people who felt safer going late at nights when it was quieter and cleaner with less people in there. People keep asking them when they are going to go back to 24/7 like other gyms and other PF locations have. Yet we keep getting the same generic response in these reviews and when talking to the employees in the gym they have no idea either. Im really let down with this place and have been coming here for years.
