Convenient and beyond adequate for your workout needs! The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and they keep the gym in tip top shape! The gym has everything to get your health on track and they continue to improve and add equipment as needed for everyone!
AF has everything I could ask for in a small town gym. Clean, updated, open 24/7 and the most helpful staff. They really care about your fitness journey and all ages and fitness levels are welcome.
Convenient location, great staff, and the ability to workout whenever I need to. Everything is kept very clean and in good order and it is good to always see a familiar face.
AF Hickman is a home away from home! The clean atmosphere, awesome staff, and convenient location is everything I was looking for and more!
