Going on waiting 32 min for my carry out. I’ve been on hold for 7 min now. Not sure what is happening but this is just really terrible. I can’t get in touch with anyone and I am just sitting here after having checked in on the app. Do not recommend.

I hadn't had pizza in 3 months and Pizza Hut was my favorite, growing up. Still is, when done right. Ordered pizza & pasta for curbside pickup yesterday, (Halloween) about 30 minutes after they opened. It turned out PERFECT! Pizza looked great, tasted great, perfect amount of toppings and the pan crust was cooked to perfection. The pasta was cooked great as well and so were the breadsticks. The person that took my order was SO nice and read it back to me to make sure it was correct. I cannot remember his name! They had it ready on time and because they were out of large pizza's, they gave us 2 mediums and we shared one with our neighbor. They loved it, as well! Some of the reviews on here are not stellar, let's be honest. But they KILLED IT, on this order! Thank you, for making my pizza dreams come true! Keep up the good work, Pizza Hut - Draper Utah!

I called the store and was routed to a call center. The man there didn't know what a person pan pizza was so he transferred me to the store. But it wasn't the store, it was the call center again. The lady then transferred me to the store because she couldn't help me. After 20 minutes I finally got to a person at the actual store. Then the guy on the phone was not helpful. If it's a 3 topping pizza and I want one of them to be cheese, I should be able to do that I feel. So I just canceled the whole order and I'll go to Little Ceasars who will be quick and not argumentative.

Horrible service! Worst Pizza Hut ever. Ordered for delivery. 15 minutes past the scheduled time, I call the store. “Oh we are having problems, you will need to come pick it up”. I pick up pizza that has been in the warmer for at least 30 min. I still had to pay the delivery fee and the tip for the driver. Pizza as you can imagine was nasty and dry by the time I got back home. Emailed my complaint, and was told the store would be in touch in 3 days. Still haven’t heard from anyone. Will never go to this store again.

I get to eat here a lot since I work in the area. I must say the service is always good and they keep the place well kept at all times. Rates are convenient and they serve big portions.
