Andy @ Extreme Automotive has worked on my vehicles more times than I’d like to admit(thanks GM) and has always done an excellent job. Andy is always honest and upfront with the repairs needed and completes them in a timely matter. On more than one occasion he’s uncovered additional issues while fixing a problem and then cut me a break on the labor. Most importantly is he calls me and gives me the pros and cons of fixing the additional issues and lets me make the decision with no pressure.nnMost recently the Extreme guys replaced the transmission in my 14 Sierra. When I picked it up(Friday evening) I was convinced something was still wrong with the transmission. I parked it and shot Andy a msg on Facebook telling him I thought something was still amiss w/ my truck. Andy came in the following Saturday morning, when they are normally closed, and looked over my truck. Andy replaced my serpentine belt as he heard it making some noise and exhaustively drove the truck to try and replicate what I’d said it was doing when I initially picked it up. Long story short he could not replicate what I reported and we chalked it up to ice. When I asked him what I owed for his time and for the serpentine belt he said “nothing” and refused my money. That’s excellent customer service!nnKeep up the good work!

Great place! Great service! Super friendly! He is busy because he is the best & cheapest around. Definitely worth the wait to get your car fixed right the 1st time. Only mechanic shop I trust to fix my vehicles!

Andy is great he fixed my vehicle it is running and riding fantastic now on top of that he’s a super nice guy I will only take my vehicles to Andy!
