This shop by far exceeds every other shop that I've had experiences with in the area. Their level of knowledge over the phone diagnosed my issue without them even having to see it in person. My part was nationally backordered and they even offered solutions to continue use of my vehicle while waiting if I wanted. So, basically if you need any auto service just skip your search and go to these guys. Top notch service, ability and overall experience.
Highly recommend Prime Performance! I'm from out of town and my car broke down and the tow truck driver recommended these guys. I'm so glad he did; they squeezed me in last minute on a cold, busy day and got me back on the road. He explained everything to me in a way that made sense and gave me an objectively great deal. This morning I had some questions about some problems my truck was having and I talked to chad he’s a very nice guy and very professional he was able to help me figure out what was going on with my truck and it helped a lot.
