Unreliable ... failed to send in our returns personal and business returns in November of 2018 for our 2017 tax season and has spent the last 3 months lying to us about contacting the IRS.nnI contacted the IRS and they told me the only person to contact the IRS on behalf of myself and my business was myself. They also failed to send in our business returns for the 2013 tax season as well as the IRS has informed me that they don't have any record.nnI will be filing a formal complaint with the State on Monday. I strongly urge you not to use their services nor use them for insurance purposes in Hastings at Insurance Plus. Not to be trusted.
