After posting a previous review about the $1500 cash back incentive that I thought I didn't get, the fabulous Diane Franklin from Balise called me to explain that it was either than cash back incentive or 1.9% financing, which I did get. This was apparently just a miscommunication with the salesperson. She called me right after my review was posted, which is why I bought a Toyota over a Subaru this time. I have found the level of service at Balise to be beyond compare to any other dealership I have ever dealt with, so switching to Subaru for this purchase just wasn't an option. I'm happy to once again be a new Toyota owner.

I hope they keep their service special prices! They have amazing brake replacement and oil service specials and have never been attempted to be sold things my 07 4runner doesn't 100% need. I cant speak for other depts. but their service and techs are amazing! Honesty and Integrity goes a long way.

What a great experience purchasing my new (used) RAV4 at Balise! My salesman, Mustafah, was professional, honest, and patient as we asked all our questions. He was available for all phone calls and very helpful! I also worked with Donnell in finance, who got me a great deal in no time at all and was extremely professional and kind throughout the process. I knew what I was looking for in a car and this team made purchasing it easy and seamless. After shopping at other dealers, this was an extremely refreshing and welcome experience. They follow through on what they say and make sure you’re happy with your purchase. Highly recommend!

I had a wonderful experience here! Joe Perpetua was amazing. I was extremely nervous about the process as this was my first major purchase on my own without my parents. Joe made me feel very comfortable and made sure I understood the process, was extremely patient with all of my questions. I also didn’t feel pressured into buying anything before I was ready. I’ve had bad experiences in the past with dealerships and them being aggressive as well as intimidating. At Balise Toyota I felt safe to ask as many questions as i needed and didn’t feel an ounce of pressure. This will be the only dealership I will ever purchase from in the future.

Balise Toyota knows how to take care of it's customers. I Know it's a team effort but specifically my interaction with Diane Franklin. I contacted her via phone & email. She could not have been more patient! Her calm, friendly manner made it so easy to work through my issue. I am very grateful for her help. Thanks again Diane!
