Purchase my vehicle 2.5 years ago at Balise Lexus and it was one of the best decisions I've ever made. As someone who hate going to dealership due to the high pressure to buy, finance and get extras from the dealership, I didn't feel any of that at Balise. Ed Ladika and Brian Shepard were extremely great and made the process of buying my car very comfortable. I would recommend Balise Lexus.
SEE CC at sales if you want a quick, stress free purchase and all the possible info you could want, to make a well informed decision when purchasing a vehicle. The GM stands behind his products and evened sweetened the deal for me during a moment of miscommunication. Couldn't ask for more from a dealership. Drove off the lot the same day.
Most recent visit was a good visit with the exception there wasn't a sticker left on my windshield to let me know when my next Oil Change would be. Please help me understand why this wasn't done. Thank you
