I was at this Walgreens last week printing a few pictures for my granddaughter’s school project (they are one of the last places in town who print pictures!). The assistant manager was so incredibly friendly and helpful. He truly understands customer service. I will shop there again just because of my interaction with him. Highly recommend this Walgreens for whatever you need.

Pharmacy service consistently poor. Have to wait days for much needed prescription after sent from provider. Waited in drive through for an hour. Still wasn’t ready. All they said “it would be a while.” Wouldn’t help me get my prescription sent elsewhere. Kinda stuck in a really bad situation.

Pharmacy on Civic Center Drive in Rochester, MN has some of the most rude and completely ill mannered staff I have ever had the unfortunate experience of dealing with. Definitely going to be finding a new Pharmacy.
