This place is a dump. KT refuses to reinvest in this location. It is an eye sore to the neighborhood and city of Rochester. Sketchy clientele and District Leader.

The Manager at this location is not friendly. The workers are not as friendly as other Kwik Trips in the area either. I would recommend going to a different gas station for your needs.

Very slow service, mgr is rude! Aaron should be running this store. After Don left, service went down hill. I waited 5 minutes for them to clear the pump to gas up, then 10 minutes to pay. There were 10 people in line and one cashier. Two other employees were talking and laughing while we all waited. Go to Holiday for better service!

I live a couple hundred feet from Kwik trip.nI go here every single day. My family and I spent about $40 here every single day.nThere was some suspicion about a transaction in front of me that had absolutely nothing to do with me. I grabbed the bread I needed and asked for a pack of cigarettes. The same brand I buy every week from this location every week. I’m 30 years old but I also was prepared with my ID. This cashier was obviously having a bad day or was crabby for some other reason that had nothing to do with me.nHe then told me I’m not selling them to you. I asked why and he said I knew the lady that asked to buy a Vape pen earlier.nI wasn’t trying to buy a Vape pen!nI then asked one of the associates that I see on a daily basis as he is full time why they would not sell them to me.nHe then told the cashier he has sold me cigarettes before. The cashier then proceeded to tell a story about this Vape pen that had nothing to do with me.nI will no longer be walking here on a daily basis. I will drive somewhere else and take my money with me. Along with everyone I know and all my family. Also I would appreciate if this cashier no longer parked in front of my house. I’m sure the employees have a better place to park.
