Google needs to add a Covid safety rating. Because this store was beyond legal capacity, and the person at the checkout, with the kissy lip mask, rarely wore her mask. They don't have touchless pay methods and I didn't see them clean anything after each transaction. Not going there anytime soon.
Clean and friendly gas station. Great treats and coffee.
No one wears masks, many of the employees are rude, had to wait while employee texted after I had already stood at the counter waiting for her to notice I was there (she was texting). Not a one time occasion.
No mask policy?
Extremely unprofessional work atmosphere. Circle K should be ashamed of this store and fire all management at this store. Manager Dirk is unfriendly and lacks customer service skills. He is vindictive and retaliated against employees for no just cause or reason. The district manager and Holiday Corporate knows about his antics but refuses to do anything about him or the store culture. Staff are unprofessional and talk about each other and backbite and gossip. I have called corporate demanding a response but no reply. I say the Windom neighborhood community should boycott this store and demand better management and working environment. I am closely associated to a former employee who was mistreated by management, to the point of compromising his medical privacy and Hippa confidentiality. The management just didn't care. No response from Corp either.
