I got my Covid shot here and everyone was very accommodating, efficient and professional.
The entrance to the store is filthy. It looks like a slum. Staff say they sweep but there is No way they do. One staff told me the store is threatening to close. This is no way to run a store. The entry rugs are salt stained from years ago. The staff don’t seem to care. I asked managers to clean up the entry way at least 7 and they just ignore me. It’s not a welcoming store and staff are very detached.. The wipes are dried out and never moist and dirty ones just fallen on the floor. No one seems to be troubled. It’s not a very pleasant shopping experience. Someone should have 10 minutes a shift to sweep and/ or vacuum.
Love Walgreens. Friendly service. Quick Response. Been going there for the past 40 plus years for prescriptions. Hopefully for the next 40 years.
Called in a prescription order on Friday for Monday pickup. Didn't get text notification that it was ready Monday so I called and was on hold a long time and then the phone rang for a long time then disconnected. Three times over Monday from 11:30 to 2pm. This location is going down hill. I used this place for 7 years and never had a problem but have now switched to a different store.
