More a grassy area than a park but a good place to kick a ball around. This is a water runoff retention area so it's wet and soggy after large rain storms where the water run off from the parking lots at the district will drain to the field. The neighborhood has put up their own no parking signs on the street to the north but I ignore them as it better then parking on the two busy roads to the west and south where traffic is a bigger issue.

This hole in the ground is called a "park"? Lol

This is not a park. It's just a giant sinkhole.

Well maintained huge detention basin and field with some soccer goals, 25 trees, and plenty of space for other sports.

It is a retention pond. Not really a park
