Great service, friendly people.
Bought a Harley Davidson Street Glide from them. Worst decision ever. The bike had issues from day one. First started with no sound coming out of the speakers. Check engine light coming on and off. Now the bike sits at Hartford Harley where their master mechanic is having a difficult time figuring out what is wrong with the motorcycle. My recommendation is if you to NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM JOHN AND MUTUAL ENTERPRISE.
I stopped in yesterday to inquire about a Road king and was pleasantly surprised by the selection and the quality of the bikes they have for sale. The salespeople are friendly and the prices seemed reasonable.
Went to Mutual Enterprises about 2 months ago to look for my second bike and when I got there their inventory was amazing. They have nearly one of everything. About 2 weeks ago I found a 2013 Sportster on their website with low miles and in really good condition and John was a great help with getting everything done the same day. Even if you live an hour away it is worth the trip to check out their inventory and they have the lowest prices around from what I’ve seen.
Don't do business with these people. I went there to buy a bike 2 weeks ago and the salesman Jake was great. I ended up purchasing a 2006 Honda VTX for $4,500. I called them back and asked them if I could trade the bike back in to get something better and they said wouldn't be a problem. I get there and they said they would only give me $2,500 for the bike as a trade in even though I only bought the bike two weeks ago and only put 200 miles on the bike. They made money on the first sale with the Honda and they were going to make more money on the next bike that I purchased, but instead of that they'd rather rip people off. This place has terrible business ethics and I will not be doing business with them anymore and I don't recommend you do business with them either.
