Minnehaha is always a great experience. The hiking and biking trails make it a fun family outing. Take a look at the Falls and then walk around the parks; it truly is beautiful. Just as an FYI there are quite a few stairs so be prepared to get your steps inud83dude42.

This is a nice place to hang out and enjoy nature, water etc. The only drawback is if you want to be alone, you likely won't be. There are times it is less busy than others. Perhaps on a weekday in the morning. But given the location it is a good place to be. In my opinion the Minnehaha Falls looks the prettiest in the winter and early spring, when nature makes its own ice sculptures out of the waterfall.

Went here on a family date. The scenery is beautiful and clean..my only complaint would be the stairs leading down to the falls in some areas were messy with wet leaves which is a fall risk. The park is smaller but lots of swings and my two year old had a blast going down the slide. Definitely plan on coming back in the summer ud83dude0e

It's a beautiful place, lovely tourist attraction. Lots of places to sit and watch the falls, which are gorgeous. And you can get a good stair workout, for sure. Just a bit people-ly for my taste. If you like people watching with a side of nature, this is for you.
