The store is spotlessly clean. The staffnIs so friendly and helpful. You can see everyone takes pride in keeping a nice friendly atmosphere. Talk to 4 staff members all were just as friendly and so helpful.
I never shop at Big Y because there prices are outrageous and I can barely keep food on the table as it is. The only reason I’ll go there is for pizza. The pizza is good and I like me a good pizza lol. Also I feel like the employees think there better than everyone and some of the people that shop there are stuck up. I’m a little bit but I’m at least nice to people.
This has always been my favorite big y. Easiest to get in & out quick. I don't mind the new self check outs either, they worked fine for me. I just don't like the thought of them taking place of real employees.
Most shelves are full, good variety. New look/displays to keep food safe. Got two Thanksgiving dinners to go, very good.
Large store, lots of fresh produce and large inventory. Did not have Breyers Ice cream.
