Well it was my first time going there in years, we had our employee Leech Lake Band of Ojibwe picnic there. And it was nice, my children had fun swimming in the lake! Their beach area is a little small but it is a nice swimming area! Nice picnic area as well! I recommend it for families, and it's a campground as well I don't have much information about that though.

Some of the spots here are super pretty with step offs into the water and everyone is super friendly. When we made the reservation it said check in was at 1 am.. check in is at 2 PM and check out is 1 PM btw.

Absolutely beautiful, lush wild forest. The beach is very well kept and clean, the history of the Chippewa National Forest is alive and blooming year round.
