It was 12/13/20 around 8:32 when we come to fill full of Diesel our truck we bought same food when we want To pay the gas & food unfortunately we didn’t see the sign of to use Otherside to pay. Unprofessional lady Shouted me while she shaking thé sign. I said to her it was to say kindly could you come here with no shouting We left without buying any gas I hope she will learn how to deal with customers for more information cctv will conform!
Don't try and use any of the gas back apps here either. They consistently tell apps like GetUpside and Gas Buddy that they can't find a matching sale to go with your receipt. I highly recommend going somewhere else. Like across the street to Holiday.
I entered a dirty store, and witnessed employee Janina J., maskless and on her cell phone while helping customers. The manager Rob was also behind the counter, not wearing mask and aware of his employee. I bought a pack of cigarettes, I had my ID ready as I am only 23 years old. Janina J. didn't even look at my ID. Very sad and disgraceful display of customer service once again, what're you doing Speedway?
Very unprofessional rude the young workers there are very rude on phone all the time cursing while customers are in store even the supervisor are unprofessional
All the pumps are Pre pay and I drive a big tow truck. I asked the lady if I could leave a card and she can turn on the pumps because they have a $75 pump limit she said she could not because it's against policy it's understandable when you have a policy in place but when a big truck comes in you should be a little courteous to them. I am never coming back here and I do not suggest anyone does
