Nasty attitude of staff member working donation spot. Called ahead to make sure the donation spot was open. Came during the donation time. Was rejected and told not to put my items in the bin. (I even sorted them to match the bins. I have donated here a lot in the past.) Was threatened with a $500 fine.nnWill not go here again to shop or donate. Called another center to donate. Person on the phone was polite and friendly (unlike when you call Goodwill). People at the donation door were equally friendly.nnI do not recommend Goodwill.

This place is the exact reason people throw perfectly good things away instead of donating. Every time I have donated here, the workers are nasty about what I am donating, how it is packaged, etc. This time, I got told to go away because I was there at 11:57 and they don’t open until 12:00. Goodwill has a lot of nerve being picky about donations from people when they literally make 100% profit.nI went to the Salvation Army on Eureka Rd. They took everything and were extremely nice about it.

I shop at this location quite often and donate there too. The staff is helpful, prices pretty good and they seem to have a good selection of clothes most of the time. The only thing I don't like is the way some of the derelict customers treat the staff on a several occasions when I have been there shopping like yelling profanities at store managers when asked to where masks or dumping donations because they can't wait in line like the rest of us. It's A-holes like this that make me not even want to go out and shop anymore. Anymore, the shopping public sucks.
