Stopped and spent money in the store before using my last $1.50 to start the air machine which doubles as a vacuum and I put my money in the wrong side and started the vacuum instead of the air. I then attempted to use the credit card reader but that was not operational. Defeated and hot I went back inside and explained my situation to the clerk. I asked him to reimburse my $1.50 so that I could just get air in my tire and go home without having to take out money from the ATM and incur a $3.00 fee but he was unable to make a decision about $1.50!! Not even to take care of a customer in need when the store is clearly negligent. Oconennel's should empower their employees to do the right thing in the name of customer service. I will say the associate was friendly enough. Just not helpful. Furthermore, where I live here in Belchertown, the air is free. Stop charging customers for air. It's ludacris!!!
