This was my first time in dealing with this dealership. The sales experience with both the salesman ( Jason ) and the sales manager was very good. Jason was very knowledgeable about the vehicle I purchased and did everything in his power to make the purchasing experience very pleasant.nAs with any sale everything does not always goes as planned and the issue I had with this purchase came at delivery. My salesman was told the vehicle was ready for me to pick up when in fact it was not. To me, this is the fault of the department responsible for making sure that the vehicles being delivered are ready. Items were suppose to be added to the vehicle and the vehicle was supposed to be cleaned prior to delivery and this didn't happen. I had to make another trip to have this taken care resolved.nAside from the delivery, the experience was very pleasant and I would purchase again for Bertera Chevrolet.

Experience was great! Quick, easy and on point. Drake was my sales associate. He was very easy to speak with. I came in with mediocre credit and used my pre-approved Capital One reference. I explained I was looking for a 1500 Silverado Custom in Midnight Blue. They had a few available and we were able to decide which would be right for my purchase. I traded in a car and they worked with me to get my asking trade-in price and they pulled through right on point. I also explained I had to be within a certain monthly payment range and they worked with me and came in very close to what I can afford. Overall great! I would highly recommend to go see Drake at Bertera Chevy!

Having been to a few other dealerships in search of a vehicle, I'm glad to have ended up at Bertera. Drake was exceptionally knowledgeable, friendly, and made the entire buying process very enjoyable. I would highly recommend paying them a visit if you are in the market for a new or pre-owned vehicle. We were very unsure of what we wanted and how our credit was going to effect our buying process! We recently had to file bankruptcy do to becoming disabled and loosing an income. Ryan was great! I thought the whole experience was great! It went smooth and never felt embarrassed about our situation! Walked out with a brand new truck with a reasonable payment! Thank you:)

I was extremely satisfied with the service I received. The staff are a pleasure to work with as usual. Everyone was dressed up to celebrate halloween, and they greeted me with a smile and were authentically happy. The technician performed all the required service in a prompt professional manner. I am always extremely satisfied with the entire service team.
