Lived here since 1973. Excellent place to live, raise a family, and retire. Secure, safe living. High value for moderate income households. A lot of rules due to the close proximity of the households. If you do not want to follow rules seek another place to live.
Friendly people and helpful neighbors. Reasonable place to live
The lady I spoke with was very nice, but the requirements to get in are crazy. $25,000 to $60,000 buy in and you will need near perfect credit (no co-signers). The only bonus is that your carrying charge (rent) is $250 to $300 a month.

This is a well-maintained facility and the people are very friendly.
